The Michigan Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Foundation sponsor an annual Coloring Contest each February in conjunction with National Children's Dental Health Month. Children in grades kindergarten through sixth are eligible to participate.

First and second place prizes are awarded in each grade. First place winners will receive a $100 U.S. Savings Bond and a prize bag. Second place winners will receive a $50 U.S. Savings Bond and a prize bag. All entrants receive a personalized postcard from the Michigan Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association Foundation thanking them for participating. There is no purchase necessary, nor any cost to participate.
